It's the Way she likes it

Grams got me a new plaid romper and
some green shorts. I didn't want to take
my tank top off or snap the romper...
I like it just like this.

Just go to Mom's bathroom and get one of her
hairbands... it buckles baby to the bus.
I like it like that!

Lounging with my snack...
then out to check the mail.

Grams told me that Papa flies the airplanes, so now
I look up and say "PAPA" instead of Plane.

I listen to the song"Little Bunny FUFU" in the car, so when Grams
said the computer mouse wasn't working, I bonked my head
(remember, little bunny fufu bonked the field mouse on the head)

Grams says I'm a blessing, and she likes it that way.

Morgandy's Day

Grando shared her cane with me. As you can see,
it's been a busy day.

My new water table is perfect for the rocks
that Grams and I find in the yard.
When I take a break, all the equipment
takes a break with me.

I love you, Mommy & Daddy! Papa, too!
When Grams sang a song to me about
everyone that loves , I said" Mommy, Daddy & Ry-Ry"

Google has it all

All I was looking for was "Pool step hand rails" so I googled it.
Found some that can be attached to the outside of the pool, just what we need.
But Google also pulled up a blog about a girl that fell down the pool steps and her boyfriend broke up with her, I think in that order. Not a fun day for her and more than I was asking for.

American Idol Extra

I've discovered that there is a Fox reality channel. It does the American Idol Extra show, with great interviews.
Just saw Jordan Sparks talk about her year as the American Idol, her two hit songs and her tattoo.
Here's the cool thing.
The tattoo is " I Timothy 4:12" written on the wrist of her left hand.

I Timothy 4: 12 says,
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."

I am inspired and impressed by the foundation of her values and the reminder that the opportunities she has, need to be graced by a GODly example.

More than that---I appreciate the reminder that I, too, have the same responsibly in my old age.

It made me laugh

Has there ever been a time when something made you laugh and you stopped & wandered when was the last time you laughed? Even surprised by such a thought, you know that it just felt good to laugh and should do it more often.

Unknown to me, I have gone through a dry spot of little to no laughing...but the following events were funny to me.

Watching my brother, Jim Bob make a sandwich, he proclaimed the following...

"I tell you what, if I ever become president, then there will be NO double wrapping the loaves of bread... when they double wrap, it must mean the outer wrapper is defective."
I think he has a good point.

Have you ever used your hand to write on, when there is no paper around?

When I ask if the sharpie highlighter would go through to the other side of the paper, the nice young lady said, I don't know and proceeded to check it out on the palm of her hand. She stopped herself and shook her head, "I have no idea why I just did that." It did go through on the paper, but not on the palm of her hand.

Silly and simple...but laughing sure feels good.

5. During college breaks, I worked at a Children's Psyciatric Hospital.

7. My 1st car was a red Rambler Station wagon, (my college car)
